Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Peeeasy Ltd, trading as Peeeasy.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods, supplier delays, public holidays or where additional order checks are required.
Business days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
3. Delivery Times
UK delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days after the order has been processed.
The maximum estimated delivery timeframe for UK orders is 20 business days from dispatch, unless there is an exceptional delay outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing, courier delays, weather, customs checks, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Dropshipping and Fulfilment
Some Peeeasy products may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners or suppliers.
This helps us keep products available and deliver orders efficiently. Your order may arrive in separate parcels if multiple items are shipped from different fulfilment locations.
5. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact peeeasystore@outlook.com as soon as possible.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because incorrect or incomplete address details were provided.
7. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at peeeasystore@outlook.com with your order details.
We will check the order status and work with the supplier or courier where necessary.
8. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier or fulfilment partner, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
We may require reasonable time to investigate the issue before a replacement or refund is issued.
9. Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, refused delivery or did not collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
