This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed with Peeeasy Ltd, trading as Peeeasy.

1. Important Hygiene Notice

Peeeasy sells personal care and incontinence support products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, unsealed, fitted or handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This includes underwear, wearable urinal systems, urine collection items, drainage accessories and bedside urinals.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unopened or still sealed where applicable
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition
  • Returned with any accessories, manuals or parts included

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the eligible item within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept change of mind returns for:

  • Opened hygiene products
  • Used or worn underwear
  • Used urinal systems
  • Used drainage bags or collection accessories
  • Washed items
  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Items returned in an unsanitary condition
  • Items damaged by misuse, incorrect cleaning or incorrect fitting

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at peeeasystore@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the fault, damage or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email peeeasystore@outlook.com before sending anything back.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions where applicable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

We may reduce or refuse a refund if the returned item has been used, opened, damaged, worn, washed, altered, returned incomplete or handled in a way that reduces its value.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution in line with your consumer rights.

We recommend using a tracked return service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

8. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges where stock is available and the item is eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, worn or washed products cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact peeeasystore@outlook.com as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process once the item arrives.
